Standing directly opposite the entrance to Reading's ultra-modern rail station and Elizabeth Line, Thames Tower delivers high profile, contemporary workspace, loaded with urban style. The building was unloved for many years before its potential was recognised and a full re-development undertaken. Its original structure was retained to minimise embodied carbon and four floors added (to total 14 floors) via an award-winning steel fabrication design. A stunning new reception that was complemented by exposed services on every floor, along with the decision to make the amazing views from its new top floor available to all occupiers as a club room ('Roost'), created a desirability that saw the building fully let in double-quick time.
